 About MECOPUnique among cooperative programs, the Multiple Engineering Cooperative Program and the Civil Engineering Cooperative Program (MECOP and CECOP) at Oregon State University, Portland State University and Oregon Institute of Technology demonstrate the power of an effective business/education partnership.
